HELEN TRAN: Mid to late 4o’s. George’s mother. A bird who voluntarily gave up flight.
GEORGE TRAN: Mid twenties. Business school arrogance in a cheap suit. Desperate to
prove everyone wrong. A man who could love like the stars.
JENNY PARK: Mid twenties. Fashion school dropout. Desperate to be known. A woman
who’s tired of just surviving.
UMMA (Mi-Young Park): Early 50’s. Jenny’s mother. Quintessential matriarch. A
woman who knows the danger of love. A mother who would do anything to protect her
APPA (Jong-il Park): Mid 50’s. Jenny’s father. A father who tries his hardest. A husband
who yearns to relearn his wife.
